At DroneWorld, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (you may adjust this period).
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Drones that show signs of flight use may not be eligible unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or crashes.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
- Custom-modified or altered products.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos for verification
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
