Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (you may adjust this period).
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Drones that show signs of flight use may not be eligible unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or crashes.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
  • Custom-modified or altered products.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos for verification
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
